Fulfillment Policy
1. Service Delivery
Signa is a subscription-based software platform that delivers early signals about funding rounds and under-the-radar founders by analyzing social and private market data. Upon successful sign-up and payment, customers are granted access to their selected plan (Basic, Pro, or Unlimited). Your access typically begins immediately after confirmation of payment. Some features—such as API integrations or custom exports—may require configuration and will be provisioned within 24–48 hours.
2. Subscription & Billing
All plans are billed monthly per fund in USD.
Signa offers three tiers:
Basic – $999/month
Pro – $3,999/month
Unlimited – $14,999/month
Plans include unlimited user seats per fund. Billing renews automatically each month unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support at a@signa.software. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Signa does not offer prorated refunds for unused time or features, unless required by law. However, if you experience a service issue, please reach out—we're happy to help.
4. Free Trial
Eligible users may start with a free trial. During this period, you can explore the platform with no commitment. You will only be charged if you decide to continue past the trial period. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.
5. Access & Use
You will receive access through a secure login at https://app.signa.software. All user activity is governed by our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Tracking lists, enriched profiles, and recommendations are private to your team and not visible to other users or third parties.
6. Support & Availability
Our support team is available via email at a@signa.software. We aim to respond within 1 business day. Platform access is cloud-based and monitored 24/7 to ensure high availability.
For API users or custom integrations, additional onboarding or assistance is available via our Pro and Unlimited plans.
7. Data Handling & Integrations
Signa connects with external tools like Attio, Harmonic, Affinity, and others via secure integrations. All data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and we take data security and confidentiality seriously.
